Mandy and Paul: We have a floor!

We wanted a shed tucked under the catalpa tree to keep pups comfortable once they're too big for the inside puppy room. Summers get hot in upstate New York.
God bless our friends. Our buddy Paul and our niece/God-daughter Amanda put their heads together and built a lovely 10' x 10' shed to house litters. Piece by piece, with some help from Dave and Seth, the shed was completed within a couple of weeks.
Prior to that, we'd decided to install a wooden fence to contain the dogs to one side of our sprawling yard. Mandy and Seth undertook that project, working to dig holes, set posts and apply fencing, then build access gates. They got real messy, but they clean up well!
We ended up with a wonderful fenced-in area for the dogs to romp and play, a puppy shed and a puppy room, all through the kindness of friends and family.
Our thanks go out to Mandy and Paul (who found romance during the shed-building project, but that's another story entirely!!!) whose love and friendship knows no bounds.

Paul and Mandy, flirting and roofing. No wonder it took so long.
